BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/SURVEY RESEARCH
MACRO INTERNATIONAL INC. is a professional services firm offering high quality research, management consulting and information technology services supporting business and government.
This position will appeal to both seasoned researchers and statisticians who desire more influence over their work. The incumbent will - partner with senior management to develop marketing plans - make a substantial contribution to new business - grow existing business – manage, and serve as a primary contributor to proposals that are of high quality and responsive to client needs. The ideal candidate will possess research experience in one, or more, of the following areas: Financial Services, Housing, Fisheries, Public Health, Healthcare, Transportation and surveys with difficult to reach populations. Experience in quantitative research methods and techniques with an emphasis on telephone survey research in the foregoing areas a must. Experience in design of probability sample surveys using RDD, listed and list-assisted frames a plus. Experience in telephone survey design and MA/MS required. Ph.D. preferred.

DIRECTOR, SURVEY OPERATIONS
Macro, one of the largest survey research and consulting firms working internationally, has an immediate opening for a Director, Survey Operations. Reporting to the Vice President, Survey Operations and Technical Services, this position will have responsibility for the overall work product of Macro’s CATI research centers. The principal mission of the director is to facilitate the maximization of resources (human and automated) to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity and quality standards, and economic goals of Macro’s research centers. The position may operate from either the Burlington , Vermont or Plattsburgh , New York facility.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. 7 -10 years experience in a market research data collection work environment preferred. Previous management experience required; call center management experience highly desired.
