Unlike telemarketing, survey research seeks to understand your attitudes, choices, and behaviors, not to sell or convince you of anything. We contact a targeted number of people and ask them specific questions to provide our clients with useful data regarding how the general population views their programs, products, and campaigns. If you have been contacted by ICF Macro, it is to gather information on your behaviors, your opinions, your perspectives, and your reactions so our clients can better serve their customers—people like you.
